Your photos are used only to make your portrait. We never sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Unpurchased proofs and uploads are deleted automatically after a few days. Purchased portraits are kept so we can reprint them.

You can make as many free proofs as you like. Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.

Payment is taken at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars.

If your portrait arrives damaged or the print is faulty, we reprint it at no cost. Send us a photo within 30 days.

Digital files are delivered instantly, so they can't be returned. If something is wrong with your file, write to us and we'll fix it.

Canvas and frames carry a lifetime warranty against fading and warping under normal indoor conditions.

Standard delivery is free and arrives in about 7–8 days. Express delivery is $29 and arrives in about 4–5 days.

Every parcel is tracked. Digital files arrive by email straight after checkout.
